Lorcan (SWAT pest control) came to retrieve a bird from behind an internal wall in our house. He assessed the situation and removed timbers to allow bird to escape. Only then did we realise there was a 2nd bird trapped. Another escape route had to be cut to allow this bird out. We were all delighted that both birds escaped unharmed and Lorcan fixed and tidied up everything in such a professional way.
