Customer service is the very main priority of what Swat pest control do. We will not take on any additional business if we are unable to look after the customers we have. The customer experience is how we improve in our service. As Swat Pest Control is a service lead industry we prioritise the customers needs, concerns & requests, In many call outs we do. We live in a world now that is feeding fear and feeding off fear. Customers are a lot more understanding of the problems they may have and have done research. Sometimes there can be over research done which can lead to increased anxiety. My Job is to listen to the customer and then discuss the appropriate treatment, or in some cases no treatment is required at all.
